L\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 de tensions bancaires plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9es et d\u2019un resserrement plus important de la politique mon\u00e9taire pourrait se traduire par une croissance mondiale encore plus faible, et entra\u00eener des perturbations financi\u00e8res dans les \u00e9conomies \u00e9mergentes et en d\u00e9veloppement les plus vuln\u00e9rables. Une action politique globale est indispensable pour renforcer la stabilit\u00e9 macro\u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re. Dans de nombreux pays \u00e9mergents et en d\u00e9veloppement, en particulier ceux \u00e0 faibles revenus, la soutenabilit\u00e9 budg\u00e9taire n\u00e9cessitera davantage de recettes, des d\u00e9penses plus efficaces et une meilleure gestion de la dette.
