Ainsi que les mesures phares qu\u2019il apporte, aux plan e\u0301conomique, fiscal et social. Le de\u0301bat a mis en relief la philosophie soujacente a\u0300 ce projet qui vise un changement de cap. Il a aussi de\u0301battu des contraintes et risques qui peuvent contrer la re\u0301alisation des mesures pre\u0301conise\u0301es, en particulier les missions qualitatives complexes comme la performance publique, l\u2019inclusion, la convergence des politiques publiques&#8230;<br \/><br \/>Des questions relatives au pouvoir d\u2019achat, au financement, a\u0300 la fiscalite\u0301, au social, aux PME, aux jeunes et aux territoires, ont e\u0301te\u0301 de\u0301battues.
