Port\u00e9e par\u00a0l\u2019Office marocain de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 industrielle et commerciale (OMPIC), cette r\u00e9vision vise \u00e0 renforcer les conditions-cadres pour l\u2019investissement et l\u2019innovation dans le pays, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des entrepreneurs, cr\u00e9ateurs, chercheurs et producteurs marocains&#8230; Le syst\u00e8me de la\u00a0propri\u00e9t\u00e9 industrielle au Maroc\u00a0repose principalement sur la Loi n\u00b017-97.
