historique : l&rsquo;adoption du UAE AI Act 2026, la premi\u00e8re l\u00e9gislation nationale au monde exclusivement d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle.<br \/>Ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement une r\u00e9gulation, c&rsquo;est un signal envoy\u00e9 au monde : Duba\u00ef veut devenir la capitale mondiale de l&rsquo;IA de confiance.<br \/>Ce texte, qui entrera en vigueur en mars 2026, instaure un cadre audacieux. \u00c0 l&rsquo;instar du mod\u00e8le europ\u00e9en, il repose sur une classification par risques (4 niveaux), mais avec une agilit\u00e9 propre aux \u00c9mirats : un \u00ab\u00a0bac \u00e0 sable r\u00e9glementaire\u00a0\u00bb g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 pour tester les innovations en temps r\u00e9el sous l&rsquo;\u0153il du r\u00e9gulateur.<br \/>Les sanctions sont \u00e0 la hauteur des ambitions: jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10 millions de dirhams (environ 2,5 M\u20ac) pour les manquements les plus graves, comme le scoring social ou la manipulation psychologique.<br \/>Pour les entreprises internationales, le message est clair le Moyen-Orient n&rsquo;est plus seulement un march\u00e9 de consommation technologique, c&rsquo;est un laboratoire juridique de premier plan.<br \/>Cette convergence des mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9gulation entre I&rsquo;UE et les \u00c9mirats dessine peut-\u00eatre les contours d&rsquo;un futur standard mondial de l&rsquo;IA.<br
