Objectif : stimuler la d\u00e9carbonation, \u00e9viter que les recettes du MACF ne profitent exclusivement \u00e0 Bruxelles et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 milliards de dirhams par an pour financer la transition.
