Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et des Finances, ce texte d\u00e9coule du Programme d\u2019\u00e9valuation du secteur financier, auquel le Maroc participe depuis 2015. Il introduit de nouveaux instruments de r\u00e9solution et de supervision afin de pr\u00e9server la stabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me bancaire, prot\u00e9ger les d\u00e9posants et garantir la continuit\u00e9 des fonctions d\u2019importance syst\u00e9mique des \u00e9tablissements de cr\u00e9dit.
