Le Maroc doit agir de mani\u00e8re forte et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour reduire drastiquement ce d\u00e9ficit. Import, export et Investissements sont concern\u00e9s. <br \/>Pour l\u2019import, une rationalisation est imperative. Bcp de produits n\u2019ont caarrement pas \u00e0 entrer au Maroc ( babioles, produits non conformes voire dangereux&#8230;). Aussi bcp de produits peuvent etre usine\u0301s localement dans le cadre du Made in Morocco. <br \/>Concernant l\u2019export les questions de la competitivite, de l\u2019effort promotionnel, de l\u2019organisation sont pos\u00e9es. La Chine est un grand march\u00e9, la massification de nos exportations est n\u00e9cessaire. La mutualisation pour acc\u00e9der aux march\u00e9s publics s\u2019impose&#8230;<br \/>La, le soutien \u00e0 obtenir de la Chine est a\u0300 ne\u0301gocier: abolition des DD, facilites administratives et procedurales, normes, origine, acc\u00e8s discretionnaire aux march\u00e9s publics, finmancements&#8230;<br \/>Concernant les investissements, il en faut plus dans des secteurs strat\u00e9giques, dans des regions et avec transfert de technologies et R&amp;D.
