class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Selon le rapport 2024 du GBM, la dette ext\u00e9rieure marocaine connait une augmentation sensible depuis le d\u00e9but de la d\u00e9cennie. Elle est de long terme surtout mais le court terme s\u2019accroit d\u00e9sormais notablement. <br>La soutenabilit\u00e9, mesur\u00e9e par les rapports au PIB et aux rentr\u00e9es de l\u2019export reste assur\u00e9e (Meme si par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019export, le poids atteint 110%). Les d\u00e9bours en capital et interets suivent le meme rythme.<\/p>\n<p>La dette multilaterale est dominee par le Groupe BM et la BAD. Quant \u00e0 la dette priv\u00e9e elle est chapeaut\u00e9e par les prises de participations , suivies par le bilat\u00e9ral dans lequel la France est curieusement \u00e0 \u00e9galit\u00e9 avec l\u2019Allemagne. Curiosit\u00e9 \u00e0 cause de la place des 2 pays dans les \u00e9changes exterieurs avec le Maroc. Il est vrai que la France vient en tete en tant qu\u2019investisseur \u00e9tranger dans le Royaume.<br>La soutenabilit\u00e9 reste assur\u00e9e certes, mais vu l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des besoins publics en matiere d\u2019infrastructures de tous genres, les rapports seront suivis avec vigilance.<\/p><p>Toujours est-il qu\u2019en matiere de dette, tout d\u00e9pend de ce qu\u2019on en fait. C\u2019est, selon la formule connue, comme en matiere de cholesterol, il y a le bon et le mauvais! Affecter la dette aux IDP est salutaire et garant de valeur ajout\u00e9e future de nature \u00e0 assurer le remboursement et la croissance. L\u2019inverse conduit aux difficult\u00e9s extremes.
